Appellant William Maynard was convicted by a jury of conspiracy to commit murder, enhanced to a first-degree felony, and was sentenced to seventy-five years imprisonment. See Tex. Pen. Code Ann. Â§ 15.02 (West 2003). He asserts in four issues that: the evidence is factually insufficient to prove his guilt; the evidence is insufficient to corroborate the accomplice witnesses testimony; the trial court erred in allowing hearsay as corroborating evidence; and the trial court erred in refusing to grant a new trial. We affirm the conviction.
